The Akasa Coworking app is for members of Akasa Coworking centres. Use it to book meeting rooms, register visitors, raise support tickets and see your company's credits. Accounts are issued by your centre team.
Contact us
Email support@akasacoworking.com and tell us your name, your company and your centre. If you are signed in, you can also raise a ticket from Support in the app.
Getting an account
The app has no public sign-up. Accounts are created by the Akasa Coworking centre team for members of companies that hold a workspace with us. If you work from one of our centres and do not have a login, ask your centre team or your company's Akasa contact, or email us at the address above.
Resetting your password
On the sign-in screen, choose Forgot password?, or go straight to reset your password. Enter the email address on your account and we will email you a link to set a new password. If it does not arrive, check your spam folder, then email us.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account and your personal data yourself, in the app, from Profile → Delete my account. Deletion is immediate. The steps, what is deleted and what we are required to keep are on Data & account deletion.
